Please read these terms carefully before registering for Spike Fest.
Important Eligibility Requirement
Only JW players in good spiritual standing may participate.
By registering, you confirm that all members of your team are active Jehovah's Witnesses in good standing with their local congregation.

- This tournament is strictly for Jehovah's Witnesses in good spiritual standing.
- All participants must be active members of their local congregation.
- By registering, you confirm that all team members meet this requirement.
- The organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility status.
Team Requirements
- No maximum number of players per team.
- Minimum 4 males and 4 females per team roster (8 players minimum).
- Teams must maintain a balanced co-ed roster throughout the tournament.
- Teams should have everyone with the same or similar color shirts.
- Players may only participate on one team.
Gameplay Rules
- 3 touches per side - blocking does NOT count as a hit.
- NO spiking, blocking, or attacking on serve receive.
- Ball on line = IN.
- No referees - honor system applies.
- Games to 21, win by 2.
Code of Conduct
- Good sportsmanship is mandatory at all times.
- Respect all players and organizers.
- Play hard, but maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
- Enjoy the fellowship and have fun!
No Entry Fee — Cost Share Model
- There is NO entry fee for this tournament.
- Each team will share costs to cover event expenses (court rental, equipment, supplies, refreshments).
- Spike Fest is organized purely for fellowship — this is not a for-profit event.
- All expenses will be fully documented with receipts and shared transparently with all participants.
- Each team will only be charged their fair share based on actual costs incurred.
Liability & Safety
- Participants play at their own risk.
- The organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during the event.
- All players must agree to the liability waiver before participating.
- Players are responsible for their own health and fitness to participate.
- Report any safety concerns to organizers immediately.
